Tyler was able to give me a quote over the phone within minutes, answer all of my calls/texts, and really get me excited about getting my new bike. Brought my 08 ZX10 for my forks to be serviced. These guys are amazing. Everybody else complained how difficult the job would be,quoting me anywhere from 6hours to a few days. Not only did these guys replace my forks they also swapped out my tires and replaced my voltage regulator because of a recall I was unaware of..all in less than 3 hours. Friendly, Fair prices and Knowledgeable. Will definitely be back

Best Parts Guys anywhere around!! Not only were they courteous and polite, even while being busy, they were extremely knowledgeable about their job. I've been using CycleSportsCenter for about 3 years. Twice I've scheduled a tune appointments or service to install custom parts and was given an appointment for the day. That's great. I like my mechanic to advise me when a chain needs adjustment or replacement. This kind of service keeps me on the road. Enough Said. Thumbs up.

I am so glad that I went to Cycle Sports Center-First, Charlie helped me find a previously loved PWC which I could shoe horn into my budget and then Sean, Ryan, Matt and Mike made sure I knew what I would need to know to stay safe out there and take proper care of my new toy. I find it hard to believe that I could have been treated any better if I had been purchasing one new. These guys are awesome. I called them to find a part for my 2001 Kawasaki ZR-7S and I was promptly helped by very courteous staff, I was even given a great discount for being a repeat customer (I had totally forgotten about the loyalty discount). I definitely will ONLY buy my parts from this store.

I took my bike in for service in mid November. One of the components of the clutch assembly failed. Throughout the repair process, I was given the status of my bike whenever I called. Each time I called to inquire about my bike, the phone was answered quickly and I was transferred to the service department within seconds. I was never promised any unrealistic timeline or date of completion. The staff was honest throughout the entire process with regard to the date of completion. If you want your bike to be serviced in a timely manner, compared to the many other bike shops in Orlando, I would suggest that you come to Cycle Sports Center.

I bought frame sliders for my 2010 R1, they look and fit great and did a hell of a job protecting the bike after a spill. I called these guys up to order new pucks and received them immediately...I couldn't be happier with their product, will definitely do more business with them in the near future. Great customer service and awesome product.

When I walk into the building I feel welcome and when I ask questions they employees direct me to where I need to go. The parts department really understand what the customer needs. They were awesome. I found a couple used bikes on cycletrader and decided to go check them out. Knowing my price range, they recommended one bike in particular. Used bikes can look pretty bad. But I decided to trust them. Four hours later, they'd replaced the battery, changed the oil, and cleaned the bike inside and out. They even let me take my trade in out to lunch while they worked. When they walked me out to the bike, they pointed out some things that I might not have noticed, and answered my questions. And the bike looked amazing. From sales, finance, service, they were great. And the bike is running great. No problems downtown, no problems on the highway. When I do get a new bike, I'm definitely going with them.

If youre reading this, then you're probably trying to figure out if this place is as bad as other reviews make it. I was hesitant too, no lie. But I was surprised. Prices were competitive, theyre upfront about dealer fees/title/tax, and the staff was friendly. I purchased a Z650 from Kyle. Transaction by phone and email couldnt have been easier. Sean in service gave maintenance overview, helped me load into a trailer and took the time to answer any questions. I most likely wont be returning as theyre not located near me, but if they were, I would consider them for regular service. Price and experience worth the 5 hour round trip drive and trailer. Would buy a 2nd bike or send a friend to them.

Was interested in a ZX10RR that I came across their dealership online, and one of the sales rep Rob helped me through the whole process. I was 3 hours away and couldn't make it for a couple weeks, but rob let me put a down payment on the double R and held it for me with no issue. I was greatly appreciated. I was finally able to pick it up yesterday and met rob in person, great guy. The whole paper work process went smooth, and now i own one of the baddest bikes out here because of him. VERY GOOD !! looked around for a while and did most of my shopping and dealing on line via email and text with several dealerships. Cycle Sports Center, specifically Charlie, were great to work with. I got a good deal on a new bike and was a little hesitant doing a deal on line and was prepared to get hit with some other fees or costs when I picked up the bike. They honored their deal without hesitation. Not many of the technicians were familiar with the bike i purchased but they tried to go over it with me. Had an issue the next day with the electronics. They came through with flying colors and picked up the bike from me (over an hour away) fixed the problem and brought it back a couple of days later as we agreed. I don't know what these other clowns are writing in these reviews, but let me tell you my experience with the gang at CPC. I have purchased 2 used bikes through these guys, the first and second bikes Charlie in sales closed for me, he did everything to get what I wanted down to what I could walk out the door with, and he did. The first bike was a 2003 V-Star and they did all the service work on it with no problems. But I bought the 2006 Victory, 6000 miles on it the knuckle head that bought it new put custom turn signals on it and used speaker wire and made a big ball of the wire and shoved in the fender well. As you know, minding my own business going to work it fell out and the tire ripped the ball to pieces in the rain no doubt, in turn shorting out my cancellation unit. If you know anything about Victory, parts are high, 300$ for the unit plus labor, I came in after work and they took it in the shop 30 mins before close and stayed with it an hour and a half after close trying to make sure I could be at work the next day. Finally decided to give up and order part the next day, Shaun the shop tech knew I didnt have a ride home, he went to the office and spoke with the manger (Mike) who loaded me in his truck and took me home out of his way. They over nighted the part and had my baby running again the next day. Shaun told me when I came in it came to about 700$ parts and labor, threw me the keys and said it was taken care of. The stood behind the bike and made things right. If i ever buy a any other bike it will be with CSC, all maintenance will be with CSC. Much love guys, Charlie (salesman), Shaun (shop tech),, and Mike (manager) and everyone else that makes that place run.

Purchased a 2014 KTM 450 from David in sales, everyone that works in the dealership gives 100% from my purchase of the bike (awesome), purchased from the parts department it was great they made sure I had the right parts before I left the store, management was great, finance was smooth, the service department went over the bike with me and loaded my bike it was a great experience...now just stop raining!

My experience with the service department was awesome thanks to Justin! My Polaris ATV was up for sale and was scheduled to be purchased Monday. The buyer wanted it then or not at all. He also wanted it to be operable when he picked it up (of course). My shade tree mechanic tried all weekend to repair the rear drive shaft without success. We called Justin (service dept) and he told us to bring it in and he would see if he could help. I explained the RUSH situation and he assured me that even tho he was down a tech they would do everything they could to make the deadline. To my surprise they made the deadline and I delivered the quad as scheduled. This was my first experience and it went so well I'm going to return when I'm ready to purchase my next quad (soon :))! I only hope the sales department is as friendly professional and as helpful as Justin and his service team. Thanks again Justin!!!

I called to make a service appointment the service adviser said I could drop it off and he would get it worked into the schedule. It called me with estimate to repair the carburetors. They called to keep me updated of when it would be ready. I went to pick it up, the estimate was the same as quoted. This service experience was OUTSTANDING... WARNING! If you ride the new 2011 KTM 350, you won't want anything but a new 350! While phone shopping from Ocala for a different brand/model, I stated to my CSC Sales Representative Pete, "Ya' know Pete. We could quit all this phone haggling if you guys simply had a new KTM 350 available!" Well, as luck would have, early that same day, TWO arrived and only one was spoken for.I know this for a FACT because, I'd called CSC a day earlier looking for a 350. The available KTM was turned down by the previous deposit holder. Pete professionally assisted me in handling ALL aspects of the purchase OVER THE PHONE! Virtually no dealer that I know of has ANY interest of doing this, regardless of how far away from the store you are! Thanks CSC. Purchased a used 150SX on-line from CSC and went down to pick it up and ride for a week. What a leap of faith! I was not disappointed. Sales team were fantastic, parts guys were great, they even offered us the racer discount! and....deliver to my door in Canada. The bike was flawless and we've been running it without any issues since. When they said the bike was excellent, they didn't even stretch the truth. Totally satisfied. That's how a dealership should run.

To Sales, Parts and Service, The first time that entered your business I was greeted by a salesman. To my pleasant surprise handed a card and said "I will be right over there if you have a any questions or need any help." I couldn't believe it a salesman that wasn't pushy. That was in September 2005, since then I have bought parts and have had service perform on my unit. Your employees have always been knowledgeable about products and service and friendly to deal with. East Orlando Yamaha & Kawasaki is 3.8 miles form my home. I have tried to deal with them three times in the past. I now will drive 25 miles to your place of business and have to pass by there front door. I tried to buy my ATV from them, I spent 45 minutes looking over the exact same unit that I bought from you and another 30 minutes trying get some one to take my money. An hour and fifteen minutes later I through up my hands and walk out. Three days later I just happen by your place and the rest is history. Thank you and your STAFF the service and a job well done.
